In the event you would like to exchange an item or would like a store credit please you must follow the procedures below for returns, exchanges or store credits.

What if I Received a Defective or Damaged Item?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at  during business hours Monday – Friday  9am – 5pm EST.

Please do not incur costs to reship defective or damaged items back to prior to receiving further instruction from Customer Care.

What if the Items Received are Different Than My Original Order?

We do our best to ensure accuracy with your order. Should an error occur in filling your order, please contact Customer Care  during business hours Monday – Friday  9am – 6pm EST.

For example An item that differs from the item on the packing slip (wrong color, size, pattern, etc.), an item listed on the packing slip but not included in your package, or additional items in your shipment included in error.

Exchange Policy 

We apologize, but we cannot process REFUNDS. 

Once your order is purchased, it may be exchanged in-store or returned by mail, additional shipping and full handling fees(10% restock FEE)  may incurs.

Return In-Store for EXCHANGE

Simply take the merchandise and your packing slip, order confirmation email, or order confirmation number to our store located at 1111 Lincoln road Miami Fl 33139.

Procedures For

Returns/ Exchanges/ Store Credits

To return, exchange or receive a store credit, please send us an email back to within 10 days of the shipment date, this way you can be assigned a return authorization form. RA # is the same Order number, this number must be clearly written on the outside of your package.  Please be advised that any item sent back without a return authorization form number will be refused. 

At LILIANA MNTOYA swim a return authorization form is mandatory in order to process an exchange. We will make every attempt to exchange your item for the exact item, color and size requested.
Any items received 10 days after the shipment date will be refused! No refund, store credit, or exchanges. No exceptions!
All returned items must have original tags attached. By law since swimwear is intimate apparel all returns and exchanges must be unworn, with no damages and not laundered.
If the suit has any of the above it will be returned to the customer at their expense.
* If your initial purchase is subject to store credit, the full amount of the credit will be available for your next purchase. If your next purchase is less than the existing store credit, the remaining balance will be available for future purchases. NO money back return. If your purchase is more than the store credit amount your card will be charged for the difference.
* Once any tags are removed from an item we can not issue a refund. NO EXCEPTIONS

Returned items must be received in our store within 10 days of the shipment date (NOT THE PURCHASE DATE) to receive a full refund less shipping and handling charges.
All future shipping charges for returns, exchanges, or store credit will be the responsibility of the buyer.
 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that is making excessive returns or exchanges. Store credits are valid for a full year from the day the Item payment was processed.

LILIANA MNTOYA swim  is not responsible for any duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees incurred with international shipping.
All international sales are FINAL! No exchanges, store credits or returns are permitted. Thank you for your understanding
All special orders and pre-orders will be charged at the time the order is placed. So items are returnable for store credit only. Shipment dates for special orders and pre-orders may vary, no refunds will be issued due to items not being shipped by estimated dates.

Care instructions

Caution, remember when dressing long fingernails, jewelry, and sharply pointed accessories can damage the swimsuit. Recommend using fingertips to manipulate the garment and remove all jewelry/accessories before dressing. Preferably hand washes with a bar of soft soap. All swimwear should be hand washed ONLY Preferably with a soft soap. Never machine wash, always rinse your suits out with cold water and hang them dry. Never use Woolite, bleach, or any stain removers. Sunscreens and tanning oils can be harmful to your suit. Please be advised that all suits can be worn in the ocean and pool.
